Exciting. Shimmering. Fabulous. This is what Las Vegas to me. Apart from our two-week vacation in California, we will visit my niece and her family in Nevada, particularly in Las Vegas. We can’t contain our excitement as we traveled from one state to the other to see the charm and elegance of what is known as “The Entertainment Capital of the World”.

My husband enjoined me to go to Malaysia after his third IT seminar in Kuala Lumpur. I can’t sustain my excitement for two reasons: it was my first time visiting the country and the first time that I will get out of the Philippines alone. I booked my flight at Cebu Pacific through an online facility (8:55 pm flight) going there. My return flight was booked on Malaysian Airlines with my husband.

Petronas Twin Towers are the tallest buildings in the world for seven years after it was completed in 1997. However, it was surpassed by Taipei 101 in 2004. The 88-floor building was inspired by Islamic art and influence as Islam is the official religion of Malaysia. Burj Khalifa now reigns as the tallest building when it was officially opened in 2010. Petronas Twin Towers remain the tallest twin buildings in the world.
